Prayer

Painted with favour
Given a measure of faith
The Word of God sets the pace
His presence is to savour
Put on the whole armour of God
And seek His face
Prayer comes in limitless expression
Our Father, Our Breath, Our Life
Give us Light in the darkest night
Lead us to Waters of Life
Give us a WORD that cuts like a knife
Separate us from this world
A world where wrong has a right
In the name of your greatest expression
Jesus, Jesus, Jesus in whose name we pray
The Christ, my Lord, stay in the center of my heart
Amen
