The king has a dream

When you reign in power supreme
It would seem, all is in your hand
God would have no thought of want
Except with his creation man
Martin Luther King had a dream
That character would define, above skin colour
So we see Kings do dream
Such a funny thing that want can find the mountain top

God so longs for what ran wild
Those he knew in his heart before they were a child
Love has moved the sun or caused it to stand and not run
So this man, now men could win the war
God so loves with a heart wild open
He waits for the moment to harvest those chosen
None is left out but by their choice
Refusing to heed Loves voice

Make no mistake, God gets what he wants
His Love returned to him from a grateful heart
So unlike what they had at the start
And what of Martin Luther, His dream lives on HERE and in HEAVEN
Where brothers dwell together in unity, now and forever
